These are the top requirements but in addition to this:
You need to be active on the LinkedIn platform
It only makes sense that the LinkedIn algorithm would favor professionals who use the platform!
Plus, when you’re active and looking at job openings, setting alerts, saving, and, applying to roles, it signals that you’re on the market for a new role.
And as such, more likely to get back to a recruiter contacting you about opportunities.
Details matter when it comes to getting found on LinkedIn and having a profile that has hiring officials contacting you about opportunities.
