Most people don’t want a new job.

They want to earn good money to support their lifestyle (for themselves and their families).

They want to learn and grow.

They want to feel recognized and appreciated for the hard work they do.

They want to work for an organization that aligns with their values.

And many, especially in mid-career want to work in a role that allows them to give back to the younger generations via coaching and mentoring.

So when someones tells me they’re looking for a new job, I know there’s more than meets the eye as to the motivation for wanting to make a move.

And harnessing that motivation is one of the keys to landing an amazing role!

The job market hasn’t been easy the last several months.

We’re seeing some signs it’s picking up.

And several of our clients shared this week that they have just landed new roles.

One landed an attractive role, going back to a career she enjoyed over 10 years ago!

Another one landed the role she wanted, in her mid-fifties…. after overcoming being passed over for other, younger candidates in the final interview stages.

Their job search was no walk in the park.

They had to overcome several obstacles to become the preferred candidate.

And dug deep into their motivation to keep going.

They built the needed skills working with us for a few months.

They got the support they needed to keep going in the face of rejection.

If you want to learn more about what that could look like for you, hit reply to this emailĀ  with the word “MORE”.

We’ll get the conversation started, one that can completely transform your career, in 2025 and beyond šŸ¤©
