Even though he trusted us and our process, he was still surprised at how quick and effective our LinkedIn optimization process was!
I wasn’t surprised.
I see it working consistently with our mid-career professional clients.
It seems simple enough but there’s a lot that goes into creating a LinkedIn profile that draws attractive opportunities to you.
So when I hear people trying to achieve this type of result on their own, I’m pretty sceptical.
It rarely works.
The truth is that, you don’t know what you don’t know
You can look at other professionals’ profiles and try to mimic what they’ve done.
But it’s hard to know what’s actually going on, under the hood and behind the scenes for your profile to pop up in recruiters’ searches on LinkedIn.
When you know how to optimize your profile for the algorithm and, the human eye, it’s pretty much like magic.
Not only are hiring officials coming to you about opportunities, they come to you about ones that YOU’RE INTERESTED IN.
It’s a total game changer!
Why does this happen? Because LinkedIn Is a Search Engine
If your profile isn’t set up correctly, you’re invisible.
But once it’s optimized for both recruiters and the algorithm, opportunities start coming to you.
